Terms and Conditions

The SPCA Charity Raffle 2024 entry period is 13 September to 30 October 2024, 23:59, in Hong Kong time zone. By participating in the Raffle 2024, participants agree to Terms and Conditions:

To enter participants must:
- Successfully purchase raffle ticket/s online from raffle https://raffle.spca.org.hk. Once payment is validated, you will receive a link by email for download of your raffle ticket/s and serial number/s. if, for any reason, the transaction is voided by the financial institution after the confirmation has been issued, the ticket will be deemed null and void:
- Purchase printed raffle ticket/s in person at SPCA Centres and approved vendors and volunteers in Hong Kong.
Each participant may purchase multiple raffle tickets. Each raffle ticket is equivalent to one entry. Raffle tickets are priced at HK$20 per ticket.
There are a maximum of 70,000 raffle tickets available.
Raffle prize draw will be held on 7 November 2024 at SPCA Jockey Club Centennial Centre, 38 Cheung Fai Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories. The serial numbers of winning raffle tickets will be published on 14 November 2024 in The Standard, Sing Tao Daily and on https://raffle.spca.org.hk
Prizes can only be redeemed in Hong Kong. Redemption of prizes requires:
- Presentation of the original printed raffle ticket with winning serial number (for in person purchase), any reproduction of the raffle ticket will not be accepted.
- Confirmation of the digital raffle ticket with winning serial number AND presentation of HKID with corresponding letter and first 4 digits used upon entry, to confirm identity as the original buyer. If the winner is unable to collect in person, we will accept signed authorization letter, with waiver and copy of HKID. Please contact SPCA Fundraising for required letter and supporting documentation at raffle@spca.org.hk.
Redemption of prizes are to be made on or before 17 January 2025 from SPCA (HK) Fundraising Department, 4/F, Wan Shing Street, Wanchai Hong Kong, during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm excluding public holidays), after which the prize will be forfeited.
Each prize offered is subject to its own terms and conditions as set by the Prize Sponsor. For individual prize terms and conditions, please contact: raffle@spca.org.hk. The prize, in whole or in part, is non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash or sold, must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied, non-returnable, non-refundable and not extendable.
Receipt(s) for purchasing raffle ticket(s) cannot be used for tax deduction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any dispute, the decision of the SPCA (HK) will be final.
