Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the SPCA (HK) Raffle Event:

• The raffle event will be held from 1th July to 20th August 2023.
• The draw will be held on 23th August 2023. Results will be published on 30th August 2023 in The Standard, Sing Tao Daily and on the SPCA(HK) event website https://raffle.spca.org.hk/.
• Prize collection should be made on or before 7th October 2023 during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) at the SPCA (HK) Fundraising Department, 4/F., 5 Wan Shing Street, Wanchai, Hong Kong with the presentation of the original winning ticket (photocopy will not be accepted). Late redemption will be deemed to forfeit the right.
• The winner of alcohol prizes must be aged 18 or above, otherwise, the prize must be redeemed by the winner's guardian aged 18 or above accordingly.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Receipt(s) for purchasing raffle ticket(s) cannot be used for tax deduction.
• In case of any disputes, the decisions of the SPCA (HK) shall be final and conclusive.
